Branch Manager - AF Motors - Toyota - Ras Al Kaimah

Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of the Automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

Today, Al-Futtaim Motors is synonymous with Toyota and Lexus, which enjoy undisputed leadership in the UAE, in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to oversee all functions of our Showroom in Ras Al Kaimah. The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for delivering agreed sales targets and objectives, as well as the overall oversight and control of the operation at their respective branch to contribute to the achievement of the overall AFM strategy.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Drive and achievement of agreed sales and performance KPI targets (focus on Volume, Margin, IPRU and ultimately income growth) of the Branch and Brand. This also includes the on- going performance management of the team based on agreed KPI metrics and performance levels, HR issues, Wage Signoffs, Appraisals.
- Ensure the recruitment, training and development of staff who are capable of operating in a Toyota dealership environment.
- Create dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits, as well as expenses for new car sales. Ensure that the branch is adequately supplied with vehicles at all times by regularly meeting with Sales Managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained by managing customer complaints and implementing standards for displaying and merchandising new vehicles as well as all promotions.
- Issue avoidance measures and resolution as required.
- Site MI flow of agreed data based around KPIs in to AFM.

Requirements

Minimum Experience:
* Extensive Showroom knowledge including strong understanding of Fastrack and wing to wing sales process
* Automotive General Management experience within a franchised environment
* Previous Auto Sales experience a MUST

Job-Specific Skills:
* Ability to performance manage Sales and Support staff
* Ability to build, implement and deliver Sales training programmes based around Dealer Showroom processes and procedures
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency
* Languages: Fluent English, Arabic is an advantage
* Training execution as directed by Branch Manager in line with TNA action plans

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge of Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology
* Understanding of Auto Sales Processes (dealer level UAE)
* Insurance product and process understanding
* Showroom Knowledge including strong understanding of Fastrack and wing to wing sales process
