The RoleThe RoleAl-Futtaim leads the Gulf region's automotive industry. A comprehensive network of showrooms, service and sale centres cover the Gulf region providing customers with convenience, choice and the highest standards of after-sales service. Al-Futtaim represents some of the world's most popular and desirable automotive brands including Toyota, Lexus, Hino, Honda, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results driven Branch Manager. This person will lead a branch to transform it into the local focal point for all Sales Operations to set the example in building relationships, learning customers' needs and matching the product or service to their needs to generate business. You can expect significant interaction with other Automotive departments such as parts, service, customer relations, finance and administration. Critically, you will need to train and lead your team to excel in sales and customer satisfaction, measure progress and deliver results. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will have at least 5 years experience in the automotive industry with ideally at least three years of managerial experience within sales. You will need excellent communication skills and demonstrable sales ability coupled with a proactive, hardworking, motivated approach. We need someone who sets a high, consistent personal example to others and is determined, cheerful and part of the team while leading it. |
