Branch Manager - FAMCO - Bahrain

Responsible for business P&L performance against budget. Managing the day to day operations of the business by monitoring the activities of the sales and after sales teams in addition key customers, receivables, and the market. Ambassador for FAMCO in the country.

Description:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve their targets
- Manage and ensure that the after sales team develop and achieve their set targets.
- Identify the market opportunities and prepare the required plan to grow accordingly.
- Develop collection strategy and action plan and ensure that they are carried out & reduction of overdue %
- Monitor the inventory and closely managing the sales support executive to insure that stock turnover targets as met in order to reduce financial charges while maintaining availability.
- Managing the pro and insuring that all issues and required documents with governments are done.
- Coordination with HR to insure that all new head counts are recruited on time as per the approved budget.
- Work closely with FAMCO international team to ensure that all the commitments with the various suppliers are met.

The main role of this post is to make sure that the team of FAMCO Bahrain is managed well to ensure that the agreed budget and targets are met. Keep up to date with company policies & procedures and ensure compliance. Also conducting the performance management reviews for those who are directly reporting to this post.

Responsibility is spread across multiple product brands.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree in Business (Bilingual- Arabic speaking preferable)

Minimum Experience: 7-10 years with specific experience in auto and machinery industry.

Job-Specific Skills: Strong Analytical, MS office, diplomacy, leadership, coaching skills, ability to work under pressure, multi task, team building, and self-starter with a drive to succeed.

Behavioural Competencies: Effective communication/ influencing skills, team player, tactful, diplomatic with organizational ability, relationship building skills internal/external, team management & coaching. Attention to detail & target oriented.
