The RoleThe RoleThis leading global insurance provider with a strong presence in the MENA region, has an opportunity for a Branch Manager for their Abu Dhabi location. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the generation of new business targeting new and existing clients, third party channels and other referrals sources. With the management of the branch you will be driving performance based on pre-assigned targets and pro-actively provide feedback to Senior Executives on the local market and changing conditions. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful you will be degree qualified with an insurance qualification and a minimum of 5 years insurance experience with a demonstrated background in the generation of new business. Your ability to build solid working relationships in 3rd party channels is imperative as is your staff management and leadership skills.
