Branch Manager - Heavy Equipment

The Branch Manager will be reporting to the Head of Operations.

He will be responsible to lead all service operations for the branch. He would be responsible to manage sales, service and spare parts division in Riyadh.

Responsible for sales, Profit and Loss, budgeting and training of all service employees and overseeing the service technicians. Liaise with Service Department to ensure prompt follow up on matters pertaining to customer service-related problems in the field.

Will be responsible for achievement of Branch budgets and targets. In addition, manage the financial aspects of the branch, its profitability and administration. Customer Relationship management and building regional presence in the Heavy Equipment Sector. He will be managing Branch overheads and in-charge of Expense management.

Requirements

- Engineering background with at least 10 years experience in the heavy equipment industry,
University graduate with a Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline and/or Business Studies.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are required.
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to lead and train all service technicians is necessary.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic; knowledge of other international languages will be a strong advantage.
