Job description / Role
A large local bank is looking to hire an experienced Qatari national to manage one of it's branches in Qatar.
The Branch Manager (Qatari Nationals) for the Banking industry in Qatar will be responsible for developing new business, oversee all sales, internal service and operational activities. The Branch Manager (Qatari Nationals) is responsible for the maintenance of the branch's physical facility and performance of all branch staff. The main duties include planning, retail sales, commercial sales, customer service and branch operations.

Requirements
* A university degree
* 8-10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
* A familiarity with local laws and regulations
* A high level of Arabic and English interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.
* Adequate lever of computer skill
* Well-developed marketing & management skills
