Job description / Role
BTA who is a leading Airports Food and Beverage Services in Turkey and its region in Service Industries that is seeking a ''BRANCH MANAGER for MADINAH AIRPORT in KSA.
BTA will start to operate in the new terminal of Madinah Airport F&B Units in January 2015. With the begining of new terminal Branch Manager is ensure that all procedures and guide lines are implemented across the business.
- Responsible for all implementations at BTA Madinah F&B operations
- Taking actions to achieve the targets of annual business budget
- Coordinating and managing the Line Employees, ensuring that all functions work harmoniously
- Directing and coordinating the activities of staff to provide cost effective, on time and quality service to customers
- Responsible for preparing feasibility studies, business reviews, reports and recommendations to the top management
- Coordinating the operation regarding relations with joint venture partners and government liaisons.
Requirements
- University degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration or relevant field of study,
- +7years of management experience in related fields (International restaurant chains, 5 star hotels/resorts),
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines,
- Fluency in written and spoken English and/or Arabic, Excellent command of MS-Office Applications (especially MS-Excel),
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills,
- Experience in working in multi-cultural environments, ,
- No obstacle to work in Madinah, Military Service should be completed for male candidates.
