Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading local Islamic Bank with strong and growing presence in the UAE and we are seeking for driven and ambitious banking professionals who are interested to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:
- Generation of new business and continuously working towards achieving pre-determined goals
- Setting and monitoring sales plans and other sales staff as per forecast
- Coaching of all sales staff to increase sales productivity and cross selling
- Referral of prospective business to other functional units and or authorities
- Enhancement of Banks image and reputation
- Monitor branch service standards for customer satisfaction
- Customer retention efforts with personal involvement in complaint resolution, account closures and inquiries
- Control and supervision of operations work processes for compliance with Company's Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures, thus maintaining an acceptable both internal and external audit rating
- Facilitating and implementing work process improvements
- Approvals/recommendations of credit applications
- Work towards increasing staff morale and train and counsel staff towards expected behaviour
- Identify training developments needs for staff

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years experience in capacity of Assistant Branch Manager
- Detailed knowledge of Retail Banking products & services
- Broad knowledge of Retail Credit, Operational Policies and Procedures
- Strong interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
- Specific Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks
- In-depth knowledge of service standards
- Training & Presentation skills
- Strong sales & marketing skills
