Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To effectively manage defined Local Market (Abu Dhabi) to achieve financial and non-financial targets and successfully meet customers expectations.
- Ensure frontline feedback is provided to proposition units
- Ensure adherence to all process and controls in branch.
- Floor management and high level of customer satisfaction in the branch.
- To manage efficiently a branch team in a risk free and customer friendly manner.
- To identify the new business opportunities within the local trade boundaries through broader market knowledge.
- Identify and reward high performers and implement an effective retention program for critical staff.
- Planning the goal setting, leave calendar, training requirement with the team.
- Ensure proactive management and implementation of anti-money laundering policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of changes / modifications to the processes and policies made by Head Office.
- Ensure all branch lending is undertaken and controlled in accordance with the bank Credit Policy.
- Monitoring & supervising activity levels of all branch staff.
- Ensure Islamic first principle followed by all Shariah compliant sales staff.
- KYC / E-name / Compliance and AML process followed.
- Timely action taken on all financial referrals and exceptions.

Requirements

- 5 to 6 years of Banking experience in Abu Dhabi
- Adequate knowledge on credit compliance and risk management.
- Understanding of Branch Operational Procedures and Policies.
- High levels of networking capabilities and people management.
- Adequate knowledge on different sales techniques.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multi-dimensional tasks.
- Ability to perform under pressure and time constraints.
- Must possess leadership / supervisory and excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
