The RoleThe RoleThe right candidate must have a good knowledge of core system, good knowledge of CBB rules and regulations; also he must have customer’s relation orientation. In Addition, he /she should have problem solving techniques, excellent people management skills, and must be good in communications & relationship with bank’s clients. Branch Manager must have the below Supervisory skills Leadership: Empower and coach staff members in achieving and exceeding their targets by offering overall support and guidance Operational Management: Foster a conducive working environment whereby staff members can carry out their responsibilities in clear and transparent manner Teamwork: Proactively contribute towards bank’s common goals through active management participation in matters concerning the overall well-being of the bank Organizational commitment: Be focused on bank’s objectives and streamline self and departmental behavior in line with overall organizational priorities and requirements Vision: Focus on major issues. Think and act strategically towards long-term broad objectives |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Branch Manager position requires a university degree. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Retail banking business. Also, managerial experience as well as investment marketing.Requires high interpersonal skills as well as networking to develop and maintain effective relationships internally and externally and employ informal networks to get things done. |
