The RoleThe RoleAn innovative and progressive Company within the freight forwarding and Shipping Industry is looking for a Senior Level Manager to run the Operations and Sales of their Branch in Qatar. This person will be responsible for leading the sales department within the country. This covers daily operations, long term planning, development of sales team and meeting organizational goals. •Ensure that the sales process is driven and followed up by Business Development Managers •Making sure the sales department follows and operates within the guidelines of the sales goals •Responsible for carrying out sales activities and campaigns within the given segment •Responsible for development of selected customers and prospects •Maintain an on-going communication with the organisation to regulate customer price levels as per National guidelines •Operations and Sales responsibility over a segment, which requires deep knowledge of the branch in question •Meet given sales targets. |
RequirementsRequirementsIt is essential you have a knowledge of the Qatar and the large corporate accounts that can be targeted there. In addition to this you must have exposure in the Freight forwarding, Project cargo or construction industry. A minimum of 8 years experience coupled with a degree is essential. |
