The RoleThe RoleJob Title: Branch Manager Reports to job title: District Manager Purpose of the Job (Brief Overview): To maximize sales and profitability by managing all aspects of the individual branch operation in accordance with Company policies and procedures Authority: Full authority at branch level Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: To achieve branch sales targets through new business sales and retention To oversee the administration and the efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including, operations, maintenance and customer service. To execute the training program for all branch members. Regularly analyses and reports on branch sales to District Manager. Works with the District Manager to establish an operating budget for the branch and strives to maintain costs within that budget Represent the Company on all local community matters with coordination with District Manager and ensure that representation creates goodwill. Conduct daily meetings with each sales manager and weekly reviews with each sales advisor to reinforce the company standards and procedures in order to achieve high customer satisfaction Occasionally, meet customers and get their feed-back on services and solve their problems To ensure that sales process has been done according to the company policy and procedure. Major Challenges: Oversee the branch logistic support Coordinate on ongoing bases with District Manager regarding promotion activities, sales support and production performance Coordinate with related departments such as IT, HR, training, service support and finance to ensure the proper support is given to the branch Career Path: District Manager Executive Director for sales network |
RequirementsRequirements Bachelors degree in Marketing or Sales or Management Insurance certificate is an added advantage Minimum 4 years experience in sales and marketing 2 of which in similar position An excellent communicator and negotiator with good business analysis skills Confident, articulate resilient and self-motivated Professional background as a sales manager in motivating sales team with advance management skills |
