The RoleThe RoleExecutive Solutions is currently in need of Branch Manager for their client to be based in the Eastern Province. The position will be expected to manage company’s branch in Eastern Province and ensure smooth running of company business. Our client is a leading steel fabricator and contractor for construction of storage tanks in the region. The successful candidate will plan, organise, coordinate and control the business in Company Branch Office in Eastern province. He will act as company representative before stake holder in Eastern province. He will ensure that Company is present in all business related events and that company is pre-qualified with customers and continuously update and upgrade vendor qualification. Also make sure that company's image is well maintained, and carry out public relation activities at the most highest standard. He has to verify that market information is available and up-to-date with emphasis on the competitors and customer feedback. Seize the opportunity to promote company products. He would be identifying bidders, EPC Contractors & Subcontractors and recommend the best approach for winning the contracts. He will communicate with customers and suppliers in respect of quotations, bids, inquiries, etc. Also, maintain continuous contact with Company HQ to enhance awareness of the latest developments in the company. He will ensure that company's dues with others are collected promptly and will prepare periodical activity report for VP Commercial on monthly basis. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical. One must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in the occupation in similar industrial environment. One must have good sound product knowledge both commercial and technical. Should have a strong managerial and leadership skills. A Dynamic and proven sales and marketing skill in a challenging environment; negotiation and influencing skills. Should have an impressive presentation skills and sound interpersonal and human relation skills with excellent communication skill in English and Arabic and proficiency in computer. |
