The RoleThe RoleOur client is the leading fluid engineering company in the Middle East, Caucasus and Central Asia Regions. They are currently looking for a Branch Manager who will assume the full P & L responsibility for a Branch location, ensuring smooth functioning of the business. Develop and strengthen existing and incremental business, manage sales, develop & expand client base and explore new business opportunities for the company's product range. Ensuring the sales, operations and administrative functions run efficiently and all functions comply with company policy and procedures. |
RequirementsRequirementsCompetencies Extensive knowledge of engineering production, projects and service Thorough knowledge of finance, production, service, project management and marketing within and engineering industry setup Track record of success in managing the engineering production / service organization with the P & L responsibility Ability to generate and document processes and procedures Comprehensive knowledge of ISO and international production standards Commitment to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment You will need a degree engineering preferred but not essential 10 - 15 years experience 2 - 3 years in the Middle East Advanced communication skills, able to control conversations & create high standard reports Computer literate with experience of MS Office applications Conversant with engineering production, projects and service jobs |
