Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Implement Branch Sales Budget and business plan.
Drive, manage & track branch performance toward achieving business, sales & service quality goals & targets through marketing bank products & services and increase customer base by direct and cross selling.
Meet on a regular base with branch staff to review, assess and enhance level of sales & service.
Coach and train staff to ensure full awareness of Bank products, services and P&P.
Manage & approve counter transactions according to the authority matrix.
Ensure all Audit notes are fully adhered to and that there are no repetitions.
Manage and implement channels migration strategy.
Manage staff rotation within branch/branches to ensure all functions are fully covered.
Ensure services carried out to all customers regardless of segment are up to level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to the Branch Operating Model.
Determine the branch’s needs of staff in coordination with Retail Management.

Requirements

Education:
University degree in business administration or finance from a reputable university

Experience:
Min. 8 years experience in banking, Branch management experience is a plus

Competencies:
Fluent in English & in Arabic.
Strong sales & services orientation.
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills & Problem solving skills.
