We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Branch receivables collections executive to work from our Dubai based operations. You will be responsible for the control of specific sections of accounts within the sales ledger, to facilitate a high level of cash-flow and minimise levels of overdue debt. Your main duties and responsibilities will be; * Ensuring that all post rental invoices are 100% collected * To email post rental invoices promptly to the Customers * Calling customers (without email addresses) promptly with regards to collection of post rental invoices * Prepare (pull up) Post Rental Invoices Report on a monthly basis * Prepare Collection Reports on a weekly and on a monthly basis * To handle customer queries, complaints and request for additional information (emails and calls). * To hit the set monthly target for Branch Receivables collection * Charging of credit cards and process other modes of payment  and issue receipts accordingly * Perform any other additional duties assigned in relation to post rental invoices. This is a varied and responsible position within the company. You must be flexible in your duties maintaining high level of accuracy at all times. All accounting practices are to be carried out as per IFRS/IAS (International Financial Reporting System/International Accounting Standards. |
RequirementsRequirementsIt is essential that you have at least 1 years experience within a Credit Control position, ideally within an automotive leasing / rental agency.  We will consider those from an accountant background providing a large proportion of your day to day duties were related to credit control or customer calling and query resolution. You must have a degree in accountancy, finance or a related subject and be confident in dealing with complex formulas on Excel. We are looking for someone with sound understanding of accounting, who has experience of working on at least one ERP such as Oracle Financials or SAP , CarPro usage would be a great advantage but not necessary. Technical Experience is an advantage with understanding the technicalities of accidents, repairs and damages) An Arabic speaker is preferred. |
