Job description / Role
Branch Sales Manager – Automotive Spare Parts (Native Arabic Only)
Grow the sales business of spare parts and technical services within the allocated region
Professionally manage branch and the team to achieve the annual sales targets for his region
Promote company's products, do direct sales with customers for spare parts & technical services (Promoting, Quoting, Contracting) and indirect sales for OE Components independently.
Manage the current customer base and setup new customer relations and partner cooperations
Offering After-Sales support services in close co-operation with the technical division in Dubai.
Make & execute strategic Sales plans for brand and support the management in Dubai in defining periodic business plans and annual budgets for the region.
Coordinating sales projects.
Prepare and submit timely reports for head office
Gather market information and data about competitors
Requirements
Engineering background preferred: Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
A minimum of 2-3 years Sales experience preferred with Automotive Spare Parts & After Sales Service.
Proactive personality, hands on mentality, self motivated
Organized, target oriented, able to work under pressure
Leadership character, able to motivate a team
Visionary, able to define goals and present these
Experience with MS Office: Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Mobility Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Able to travel within the GCC
