Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within assigned store or market by effectively selling the companys products ( Nokia Phone ).
- Drive Sellout for the selected stores.
- Achieve the assigned target by increasing awareness of the customer, create a specific image, generate sales opportunities and build customer preference
- Training Store Staff on the latest Nokia devices.
- Monitor Market trends, Provide the top management with all feeds i.e. Competitors activities, any new launch devices.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based Approach.
- Demonstrates products and services of Nokia to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Identifies advantages and compares Companys products/services.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.

Requirements

Good speaker and Great communication with persuasive skills.
- Very Good Appearance.
- Self Motivated and shows Enthusiasm on Work.
- The ability to achieve targets within deadlines.
- Can work under pressure.
- Confidence and persuasiveness, for 'selling' your ideas.
- Preferred Nationalities: Filipino/Nepal/Bangladesh/Indian/Pakistan.
