Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Implementation of global brand strategy for the Middle East, managing the brand and communications aspects of the integration of a number of recently acquired businesses, and managing the communications and change programme for our people.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Branding/Positioning
- Raise the profile and awareness of the ARCADIS brand in the Middle East market, and with the Sector Marketing Manager support the deliver campaigns / thought leading content that effectively position our brand as the leading built and natural consultancy and design firm
- Support the positioning of our leaders as premier experts in their field and attainment of a knowledge leadership position in the market
- Liaise with the global brand work streams to ensure consistency of delivery in region

Internal Communications
- Manage the change programme and internal communications required to support the brand implementation programme
- Develop the people messaging and people proposition for Middle East
- Develop the change and communications plan for our people and the recently acquired businesses in region
- Copy write and copy editing CEOs messages to internal audiences, working with the Internal Communications within the corporate to deliver corporate campaigns and messages

Implementation
- Management of the brand implementation schedule for all relevant activity, delivering the agreed programme on time and on budget
- Develop and deliver change and internal communication programmes across the region (ensuring engagement across office and project site based staff)
- Audit existing collateral and ensure roll out of new brand
- Project-manage the production of agreed collateral including capability statements, sector collateral, and promotional items, as required. Copy writing and copy editing as required. Management of production in conjunction with internal graphic design team, and where applicable external design agencies

Budget
- With the work stream sponsors, set and manage the brand implementation marketing budget

Delivering Brand Campaigns
- Working with the Global Business Line (GBL) Marketing leads and the regional sector marketing manager to deliver global brand campaigns regionally

Team Management & Stakeholder Management
- To manage a small team in the Middle East Sector Marketing Manager and Senior PR Executive.
- To act as the first line brand and change contact for ARCADISs CMO, Global head of Marketing Communications and Middle East CEO
- To provide brand consultancy and delivery to all brand level and market sector focused marketing activity
- Create content and key messages to market in conjunction with business leaders and independently, where required.
- To consult, advise and where required, lead stakeholders to right output
- Sphere of influence to be effectively positioned as core part of the Middle East leadership team

Requirements

- Education: quality degree level qualification with CIM
- No less than seven years brand and marketing experience in a B2B environment at a senior management or leadership level
- Experience of managing teams in a matrix structure
- Regional board level experience and ability to work alongside CEO level stakeholders
- Demonstrable record of high performance / delivery across brand and change programmes
- Ability to proactively manage a large portfolio of work and a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to build consensus, provide direction and be a team player
- Proven track record of success and ability to work autonomously
- Assertive personality with ability to persuade and influence senior stakeholders and manage change programmes
- Good communication skills high quality of written and oral communication.
- Personal - professional, organised, reliable, flexible, personable, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude to work
