Based in one of the globes most exciting regions, and working with one of Asias most prominent food retail brands this role will see the right candidate being responsible for creating, coordinating & executing culinary activities around the brands F&B products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative F&B ideas and concepts to increase concept market shares, sales, efficacies and profitability while partnering with the Brand principles and the brand manager to improve and streamline processes.

Requirements

If you meet the below requirements and have worked within a food retail environment we would be interested in speaking with you about this exciting new opportunity based in Dubai, UAE:
Minimum of 10 years F&B experience, concept and menu development understanding.
Understand the fast casual / QSR business environment and anticipate menu trends and changes.
Hold strong food production skills, purchasing expertise, creativity & innovative flair as well as exceptional food control knowledge.
Influencing, teaching and leadership ability to training and developing team members.
