Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This Brand Communication Specialist will be working with Market Research Analyst and directly reporting to Marketing Director.

Purpose of role
Responsible for implementing integrated marketing communication plans that leverages marketing strategies to deliver business objectives in Middle East Region.

Key results/Accountabilities expected from the role
- Delivers excellent brand marketing execution in a complex, multi-cultural environment that contributes to long term profitable growth.
- Creates and implements marketing campaigns to establish and improve the brand awareness in Middle East region and gain market share from competitors.
- Implements integrated marketing plan to extend core communication strategies across all elements of marketing mix, including advertising, online, in-store, PR and promotional platforms.
- Provides input in establishing the strategic vision and manages the organization to realize the 3 year plan through annual marketing planning and the companys overall goals and objectives.
- Updates KPIs, sales, market share regularly.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years brand and marketing experience in automobile industry.
- A proven track record in building brands and launching new products.
- Good communication and written English skills required.
- Previous experience with a multinational company.
- Basic level of marketing competencies, including consumer insights; concept development; communication and advertising.
- A team player with strong inter-personal skills.
- Fluency in other language(s), especially Arabic, is advantageous.

Location/Travel requirement, salary and benefits:
- This position will be based in Dubai, and national travelling would be required.
- Monthly base salary AED 10k~15k + Bonus scheme + Benefits
