The RoleThe RoleOur client is a global leading luxury cosmetics business, with over 20,000 employees globally and an annual T/O of over $1 Billion. They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Brand General Manager for their leading Brand No. 1 Brand. Thus role will oversee the GCC region and will hold full P&L responsibility for the Brand and Business Unit. Responsibilities: • Based in Dubai this role reports to the GM – MEA region and has dotted line responsibility to Head of Global Marketing – (Based in America) and has full autonomy for the brand within the GCC region, this is a full 360° role, overseeing everything from brand strategy and development, channel marketing activities, propositions, pricing through to corporate communications and any other marketing related activities. • To develop, budget, implement & monitor marketing and communication strategy and plans (ATL, BTL, Promotions, Events and Corporate Communications) for the whole region that can ensure sales targets’ achievement and enhance brand equity, perception and value. • Define, initiate, recommend, plan, produce and implement Marketing strategies in line and support the development of channel specific marketing and communication plans with the country sales and marketing managers and distributors’ personnel. • Overall you will be an extremely credible and results orientated professional with the drive and desire to take the business to the next level. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements: • You MUST be an extremely dynamic, passionate marketing professional who is enthusiastic about joining a business who has exceptionally strong values and is keen to attract an individual who shares their vision and passion for their brand (Company). • You will be an experienced Marketing Director / Area Manager / Regional Director / GM who has a proven track record of delivering sustainable results, ideally within the Cosmetics / Luxury Sector through strong brand management, strategic marketing initiatives with the ability to drive the business forward and comfortable handling P&L. • This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a progressive business that have strong investment and financial backing and are a global leading brand. |
