Job description / Role
Brand Manager - Adhesive Technologies GCC
- Responsible for product categories product portfolio, pricing, profitability (margins)
- Conveys market research and end user surveys in order to define adequate activities and introduce new products
- Responsible for marketing budget allocation and spendings
- Perform regular monthly and quarterly business analysis result achieved by respective brands or product categories
- Collaborates with marketing and sales team to build sales promotions and product communication
- Creates marketing plans to introduce new products to the market or the enter new business segments
- Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution and assortment) by finding the most efficient solutions
Requirements
- Holding a Bachelor degree in marketing or any relevant discipline. Master and/or other further qualification in marketing / trade marketing is a plus.
- From 3-5 years of relevant experience in international, modern companies (preferably FMCG or marketing agency) is must.
- Good knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques as well as category management and assortment.
- Excellent user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills.
- Fluent Arabic & English language skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of further languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
