Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for leading and implementing all FMCG Marketing Activities on a Brand / Country level

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Managers leads Innovations with Brand Development.
• Approves brand ATL plans for the brand.
• Owns Account & Profit for the brand.
• Controls brand’s/ country P&L.
• Leads brand marketing plan.
• Lead Brand Development coming out of Brand Audit.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• University graduate.
• 3-5 years experience in FMCG as a Brand Manager.
• Proven Project management skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Relationship management skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Sales experience is a preferable asset.
• Should undergo the Marketing foundation course during his assignment as an ABM.
• Should Lead at lease 1 innovation project.
