The RoleThe RoleTo be based in Tblisi, Georgia Our Client is the CISs leading, sophisticated and quality-driven Fashion Retail business group with progressive operation across CIS and Middle East region. The Groups portfolio includes international luxury and non-luxury brands. The Group has been recognized by its reputation as a fast growing, successful and dynamic Group with a number of operations situated at the main business areas across CIS and KSA territories. They are looking to recruit a dynamic BRAND MANAGER to take control over Georgia retail outlets. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of exceptional operational and brand standards, operational compliance, drive sales through the performance and development. The major responsibilities are highlighted as follows: To achieve sales in accordance with Sales Targets and Business Plan. To develop and drive the Sales & Operations Area Managers to increase sales, raise the average transaction value and keep designated retail units running at maximum efficiency. To promote high standards of customer service and implement to ensure customer satisfaction. To manage the operational activities for all retail units such as maintenance, utilities and repairs. To liaise with the Buying and Merchandising teams regarding the supply of stock to maximise stock potential. To identify underperforming brands or stores and develop an action plan to address and manage issues effectively. To ensure that the visual presentation of all stores represents the Brand and Company image. To work with the Sales & Operations Controller and Regional Training Officer to ensure that staff develops the skills and qualities required to deliver and develop the Retail Platform function and maintain high standards of service. To conduct regular regional Sales & Operations meetings in order to build effective communication across the regions. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe Incumbent must have the following qualifications: Minimum 5 years Brand Management experience in Fashion Retail industry. Must be a degree holder, preferably Business Administration qualification. Experience of driving sales within a fast-paced environment and addressing areas for improvement. Experience in multi-site operations or sales management environment. Ability to work under pressure and within a said period of time. Demonstrates an excellent leadership, time management, organizational and reporting skills. Superior Level Communication skills. |
