Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity with a multinational consumer goods organisation witnessing double digit growth throughout the region
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Manager will be accountable to deliver the operating plan growth and P&L. Shape objectives in line with agreed Brand roles. Develop plans to ensure the delivery of the longer term financial shape in line with the unit 5 year plan. Build short-term and medium-term share growth objectives & strategies and deliver market share goals & brand penetration targets. Job responsibilities would include strategy formulation, brand health analysis, retail audit analysis. Communication development and execution across different media, consumer understanding through qualitative, quantitative and informal research. Creative, Media, Digital & Activation agency management including project management through new initiatives.
Requirements
Masters Degree in Marketing with 4-6 years working experience in Marketing and Brand Management in multinational FMCG/Consumer Goods companies with experience managing media campaigns
Strong knowledge of Brand financials, profit & losses and budget
Flexibility to travel on a regular basis within the region
Excellent communication skills
