Job description / Role
Brand Manager - Home Furnishings - KSA
The role of Brand Manager - Home Furnishings - KSA recommends and implements agreed strategies for assigned brands, including the development of new growth opportunities.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage and implement the agreed brand strategy
- Develop and implement brand marketing plans to ensure that they are on time and within budget.
- Explore new opportunities to generate revenue growth
- Remain within guidelines for all brand visual displays to ensure consistency and level of quality are achieved.
- Utilize a competitive intelligence system to maximize marketplace advantages and minimize potential weaknesses
- Conduct the buying trips for all stock
- Create the Sales Tool Kit for the assigned brand and train sales staff on the same
- Monitor and analyze the stock sell out of each buying season
- Communicate with brand principles as it is deemed necessary and provide regular progress report
- Organize events at the stores with the aim of generating more traffic at the stores
- Negotiate terms and conditions with brand to maximize brand profitability
Requirements
- University degree or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 years experience of marketing and brand management preferably in home furniture or similar
- Strategic aptitude, budgeting and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
