The Role


The Role


We are working closely with a leading Retail Group to source a Brand Manager for their cosmetics and perfumes division.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, your duties will include:

- Develop marketing & sales strategies for the Brand
- Prepare annual sales budgets
- Capture the local market by continuously building / promoting the brand image
- Prepare strategies for launch of new products / promotions and implement them through promoters in retail outlets and through media campaigns to enhance visibility and maximize publicity.
- Negotiate favorable locations and personalized units for displaying the given brand / products within retail outlets to ensure that merchandising standards are maintained.
- Prepare business reports periodically for submission to the Line Manager as well as to the supplier to enable them to monitor the brand image and success of marketing plans / strategies.

Requirements

- The incumbent should have minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in sales & marketing, with minimum 3 years as a senior brand manager or brand manager of a reputed brand.
- He / She should have strong knowledge in Distribution / Retailing of perfumes / cosmetic products.
- The ideal candidate should have a charismatic personality with strong brand management experience, driven by sales numbers, and keen to be associated with one of the best perfumes /cosmetics brands.
