Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

OBJECTIVES:
To coordinate the Brand Marketing, Brand Development through Sponsorships and corporate tie-ups, Research (Consumer / Shopper / Retail), PR and Digital communications, In Store ~ Shopper Marketing / Business Analyses, Trade and /Retail Marketing Strategy and Sports Marketing.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Brand Marketing strategies, manage budget and yearly plans for the improvement of BEI. Established NPI Master Plans, PR and Digital annual marketing activities.
- Explore the avenues to associate our client in different activities, corporate tie-ups and sponsorships with cross- industry brands and social marketing activities. Managed external communication with Business partners.
- Meet with 3rd parties for the opportunities of our client being a sponsor for various events / programs. Assess the branding opportunity, potential involvement of any our client product and Return on investment. Generate ideas and negotiate with the parties to reach a best win-win position for our client e.g. Local events, Entertainment contest programs on TV channels etc.
- Support PR in conducting CSR activities in the region with a positive and healthy perceived our clients brand image.
- Coordinate with our clients distributors / partners in all regions for the support of branding activities such as Shopboards, OOH, and Vehicle branding and other brand marketing related activities.
- Manage all sports marketing related projects locally or global sponsorships. Seek new opportunities for our client to be associated with different sports activities in the gulf region.
- Managed and commission projects (quant + qual) to meet the business needs of BUs across all categories. Brief research agencies about research objectives, methodology, sampling design, analysis and deliverables. Guide product sales and marketing teams about with new research projects benefits and after effects on their annual targets.
- Study, Manage and take command over CMI reports to senior management through Brand Competitive Report (BCR), Equity Index, Preference, Consideration and Purchase to contribute towards practical action plans and recommendations at product and brand level. Analyze and share Industry trends, Socio-economic indicators, competitors report for devising promotional strategies as per the requirement of management.

Requirements

- Knowledge / Special Skills Requirements
- 6-8 years of work experience in multinational company preference in FMCG or consumer electronics of which 2-3 years were as research analyst
- Delivered strong analyses on sales and market data that influenced business decision making and resulted in sales, profit, and/or share growth
- Demonstrated creation and execution of innovative ideas and business processes that resulted in operational efficiency and enhanced business planning
- Basic understanding of financial, statistical, customer and brand marketing principles
- Proven ability to influence decision making at senior levels within the organization
- Proven ability to easily collaborate across functional areas broad understanding of all functional accountabilities

- Qualification: Post Graduate in Business Discipline

KNOWLEDGE:
- Preference: familiarity with statistics, MS Office, advanced excel
- Demonstrated professional and academic excellence
