Brand Manager - Retail

Job description / Role

My client, one of the leading action sports equipment, apparel and footwear distributors in the Middle East is currently looking to appoint a Brand Manager. With the company rapidly growing their retail offerings across the GCC, they are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join them.

The role of Brand Manager is a comprehensive one that includes the following responsibilities,
- Maintain and build customer relationships with a proactive approach
- Remain a key point of contact for all clients
- Manage the design and implementation of several aspects relating to the brand including, stock carried, promotional offers/activities
- Provide technical brand training to both customers and your team
- Analyse annual and bi annual reports from clients in order to be able to advise on future order levels
- Work closely with the Business Development team to schedule future orders
- Ensure orders are placed in a timely manner to ensure deliver before deadline date
- Monitor held stock and create promotions at suitable times, then liaise with the warehousing and logistics team to arrange delivery
- Report weekly to senior management team on planned activities, performance results

Requirements

- 2-5 Minimum experience in working in a similar role
- Passionate sports person, particularly enthusiastic about cycling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven working professional
- Key Account Management skills
- Excellent time management skills
