Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands.
- Develops Brand Essence and Vision.
- Delivers tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV.
- Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers/ shoppers.
- Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional stragtegy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers.
- Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder, Better innovation & renovation for his/her brands.
- Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand plans, responable for the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact and priorities PFME and TTS investment of his/ her brands.
- Responsible for the development of OBIs and Big ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of relevant & memorable brand experiences.
- Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communciation contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
- Demonstrates leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing and 2 years experience in other function ideally Nutrition.
- Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams.
