Brand Manager

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a fashion group who is looking to hire a Brand Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the GM, you will be responsible for developing brand performance and retail operations. This will include internal business, cross border operations and logistics as well as cross functional management. You will also be accountable for the performance of the brand against its contractual agreements (revenues) alongside building a solid business plan and strategy.

In addition, you will manage a team responsible for retailing the brand (13 boutiques across the GCC) and ensure that the team is organised towards fast growth and expansion. You will work cross functionally with finance, logistics and marketing to secure best in class customer management.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have solid experience in wholesale, distribution and marketplace and retail management. You should have experience of managing a team as well as motivating and challenging staff. It is essential you have strong knowledge of brand and retail brand marketing.
