Brand Manager

Job description / Role

Key area of responsibility

- Ensuring the brand strategy and positioning are relevant to organisations goals
- Increasing brand awareness and brand understanding across key stakeholder groups (internal and external)
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across web, print, corporate literature, office and community spaces with a clear link to the corporate vision
- Evaluating and recommending opportunities for brand presence across a variety of platforms against an agreed set of criteria. Identifying cross-marketing opportunities for CLIENT products & services and implementing as needed
- Managing advertising agency and other partners to ensure CLIENT is getting the best impact for the best value for money
- Guarding the corporate identity by ensuring strict methods and filtering processes are in place
- Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates with proper delegation of authority and work
- Working closely within the marketing division to support all functions and execution of the strategy
- Working with business units to re-in force consistency amongst internal & external communications
- Support the Director of Marketing with the development and achievement of departmental objectives and key performance indicators
- Fully resume responsibility for expenses of the branding section and manage costs of any third party supplier

Requirements

- Arabic Speaker
- Working Experience of not more than 10 years
- Extensive experience in branding and marketing for the following Industries

* UAE Freezone
* Real Estate Company
