Brand Manager

Job description / Role

1. Evaluate the financial aspects of Brand investment & development, forecasting yearly turnover & margins, OTB, expenditures, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
2. Product management: ordering, replenishment, develop pricing strategies (marks up & marks down), and distribution btw doors, liquidation & disposal plan
3. Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes through reviewing the analysis metrics reports for brand/ door performance & conduct the required measures.
4. Examine the market opportunities for the brand in the country, analyzing business developments and observe market potential for brand expansion
5. Providing supports, coordination & follow-ups with the following Departments: accounting, IT , project management ,& logistics dep.
6. Assists in developing and executing promotional & marketing initiatives in coordinating with marketing department
7. Recruits, manages, trains and motivates Area managers & direct reporting staff according to company procedures & policies
8. Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria.
9. Reports to Executive management team on a monthly basis the brand progress in all its aspects
10. Direct communication with international principals regarding all Brand aspects with collaboration with relevant departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree (M.B.A. a plus)
- 5+ or more years of experience in brand management
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytic and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to interact and report on business with cross functional teams and across all levels of management
- Strong problem solving skills, adaptability/flexibility and initiative
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment
