The Role


The Role


Main Job Purpose:

Leads the development of the KSA National Brand Marketing Plan, within the Category Plan guidelines, to meet company goals.

Leads a multifunctional business cell with cross department team to implement the plans in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans and financial results.

Leads and participates in various cross-functional teams, Regional Brand Teams and externally with local support agencies such as PR, sponsorship, activation and channel.

Accountable for all portfolio forecast, delivery and achieving financial results.

Owner of P&L: determine and manage the budgets.

Responsible for direct team skill and competency development and coaching.

Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.

Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.

Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.

Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

Develop pricing strategy

Liaison with media and advertising agencies


Key Success Measures

Responsible for driving top line growth, medium term category and brand share targets.

Responsible for direct team development and achievements; alignment with cross departments for accurate implementation across the region

Background in Market Development

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 years relevant experience in FMCG Brand Building/Development and/or Customer Development.

Business planning and implementation experience as well as project management

Experience in leading team of +2 person
