Job Description:
• Engage, inspire and galvanize the organization around the brand promise, proposition and strategies so they are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise.
• He will be a guardian of STC brand who supports STC brand promise, brand proposition, and brand architecture across STC communication.
• Participates in brand strategy discussions and in setting STC brand strategic direction.
• Analyzes consumer trends and information, to identify STC brand future sources of growth.
• Ensures brand communication are consistent with the brand positioning.
• Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication touch points.
• Coordinates with all BUs for the development of communication materials such ATL,BTL,TTL.
• Participates in the development and implementation of brand management policies, processes and procedures.
• Manages the status of STC brand guidelines, and assessing external agencies in applying those applications/guidelines.
• Manages the day-to-day advertising activities guidance and approval, including the assessment of the campaign creative ideas, messages, and executions.
• Through alignment with the research team, the candidate will monitor and analyze STC brand performance and health metrics (awareness, equity, consumer diagnostics, brand perception…etc.) and to suggest action plan based on findings.
• Coordinates regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the STC brand performance.
Requirements
Education& Experiences Requirements:
• University degree with marketing major.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management and marketing communication management.
• Strong experience in building and managing brands tied with a proven track record in building and managing brands.
• Previous experience in creative agency.
• Previous experience in developing brand communication initiatives and developing brand yearly calendar.
Skills:
• Excellent level of marketing competencies including consumer insights, market research, project management, campaign and creative artwork assessment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluency in English.
• A team player.
