Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading organisation and highly recognised on the market within FMCG (Food manufacturing) industry in the UAE. On their behalf we are now searching to find the markets finest candidates to be their Brand Sales head. Ideal candidate has at least 8 years experience in FMCG industry in GCC countries.

Role & Responsibilities
- Developing the sales strategy, tactics, plans and targets for the brand.
- Responsible for strategizing sales and to direct the activities of the division to ensure achievement of respective sales objectives and business plans.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Provide leadership, advice and consultation to the company towards developing Sales of the brand.
- Manage, monitor and analyses Sales activities and results against set goals.
- Establishing partnerships with new key account, developing and maintaining relationships with major clients by identifying and reporting business opportunities in the targeted markets.
- Responsible to achieve targets for revenue, profitability, sales growth and ROI for the brand
- Managing the entire sales force, and ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Implement strategic acquisition plans and reporting with targeted results.
- Customer portfolio business planning, forecasting and reporting in close coordination with product development, operations and marketing.
- Closely monitor market trends and competition and react accordingly.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Develop and manage effective Sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Enhance the reputation and relationship of the company with key corporate clients / accounts in order to further the brand divisions business interests.

Requirements

- Excellent academic background, MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing & Sales is preferred.
- 8-12 years of sales experience in FMCG industry of which at least 3-4 years in managing a team.
- Should have GCC experience. GCC experience + other countries experience will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success working in a high-growth environment and managing many partnerships at once.
- Process Oriented, Leadership qualities, Ability to forecast, entrepreneurship, analytical thinking and strategic planning.
- Arabic is an advantage

Package: AED 25,000/- to 28,000/- + sales incentives and other standard benefits depending on the employees current status.
