The Role


The Role


Reporting to the Group General Manager you will be responsible for:

Annual planning of the budget and targets for the showroom sales team
Achieving annual sales targets
Managing sales team and administrative team
Ensure brand is represented as per dealer operating standards
Working in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure sales are driven forward by utilizing effective marketing strategies
Recruiting and training showroom staff

Requirements


Requirements


The successful candidate will have the following:

Experience with a premium/ luxury automotive brand
Experience of managing all aspects of a car show room
Ability to show how sales targets have been met and surpassed
Excellent command of English
Experience of working within the GCC or Europe
