Employment: Full Time

Create and implement the agreed brand marketing strategy so that it is aligned with the long-term strategic objectives of AAG Marketing Department.
Manage and implement brand marketing plans to ensure that they are on time and within budget.
Explore and develop new opportunities to generate revenue growth.
Co-ordinate with other Entities/Departments in determining the optimal produce characteristics that will appeal to the target markets.
Remain within guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
Utilize a competitive intelligence system to maximize marketplace advantages and minimize potential weaknesses.
Manage to control all Entities/Departments in terms of use of branding guidelines of AAG HQ.
Organize requirements for Alliances, Exhibitions and conferences for AAG.
Managing marketing activities such as signing ceremonies, product and project launches.
Review branding guidelines created by branding agency and ensure that all brand communications are in line with the guidelines to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
Participates in the development of creative briefs for all marketing initiatives, ensuring marketing communication objectives and strategies are clearly identified so as to facilitate working jointly with internal departments and external parties.
Represents the brand to all internal stakeholders, including brand and business units.

Requirements

Qualifications Requirements

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent discipline

Experience:

4 to 8 years of experience in marketing
