Broker Sales Section Manager - Saudi Arabia

A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a Broker Sales Section Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Section Manager. This position will be based in KSA. Candidates MUST already be based in KSA and have experience in the automotive industry in the region.

Must be able to obtain NOC.

JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop and manage key accounts for Company's national broker sales business in KSA.

Key Financial dimensions:
- Providing input to broker sales budget development process
- Controlling, tracking, and monitoring broker sales budget
- Ensuring achievement of broker sales objectives (revenues, profit)

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing annual broker business plans/strategies and monthly forecasts/updates on lead pipeline
- Develop pricing, supply & allocation plans (in collaboration with Marketing and Car Flow)
- Identifying market size and segments
- Developing new potential accounts
- Track and report monthly/annual key account KPI's
- Proactively developing and supporting a culture of high quality Broker Sales Management practice across the regions to ensure strategic operational improvement
- Ensure that Company's Broker Operation Management dealt efficiently and effectively in line with Company's Middle East guidelines
- Improve broker business by organizing special events, incentive trips and etc.
- Communicating pricing and incentives programs, inventory recommendations, and broker standards
- Conducting frequent broker sales performance reviews
- Maintain close and regular contact to key decision makers at national priority broker accounts, including resolving issues and escalating to appropriate stakeholders at Company's manufacturing sites as required
- Collaborating with Marketing on developing and implementing broker marketing by tracking the budget and coordinating launching, advertising, marketing intelligence activities
- Recommending training programs to improve sales and service performance to DND and CQ team
- Assessing changes to network strategy to DND and CQ team

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years work experience, with experience in dealership development (broken/franchise dealership management or broker territory management)
- MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Language: excellent communication skills in English and Arabic required

Driver's license: Required for the job.
