Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Description:
• Arrange the sale / leasing of the residential, commercial units
• Discuss the method of sale, presentation of the property, costs and inspection times with vendors (sellers)
• Estimate the current market price
• Arrange for the advertising of property
• Assist buyers in defining their needs and locate properties for their consideration
• Promote sales of properties throw advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing service
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, when details of transactions need to be negotiated
• Draw up legal agreements between buyers and sellers
• Advice and answer clients questions on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, maintenance, appraisals and related matters
• Keep a tracking sheet for properties recently sold in order to determine the competitive market price
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
• Representing the company in local and international exhibitions

Requirements

Max Real Estate is looking for experienced and seasoned real estate professionals with atleast 5-10years experience in real estate industry in UAE with attractive communication skills and good leadership quality.
