Job description / Role
• Preparing the appropriate templates to prepare the budget by all concerned departments.
• Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding the deadlines and the management of the budgeting process.
• collect budget estimates from all the departments and critically examine them for correctness, accuracy and completeness.
• Studying the previous budgets and identify short comings and carry out corrective actions.
• Suggesting suitable amendments in the budget to the higher authorities and managerial staff of the concerned department and develop forecasts.
• Prepare rolling forecasts and budgets.
• Consolidating the data for budget presentation and also providing an overview of the financial status of all the operations.
• Analyzing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
• Submitting budget reports to the higher management of the organization for further scrutiny and approval in accordance with the approved policy.
• Monitoring the budget throughout the year.
• Preparing detailed reports pertaining to variances that occurred in the budget in coordination with the concerned managers of the department or the company.
• Assist in projecting future financial needs, taking into considerations the various projects undertaken by the organizations.
• Responsible for cost benefit analysis.
Requirements
A partly qualified ACCA/ CMA/ CA/ ICWA with UAE or Gulf experience 2. Must have extensive experience of Automated work environment and ERP system 3. Must be excellent In Excel and PowerPoint 4. Fluency in English is must, bilingual preferred 5. Driving license an advantage 6. Highly motivated, career minded and able to work under intense work environment.
