Budgeting and Planning Specialist

Job description / Role

Our client is a large corporate and retail bank based in Dubai with an impressive growth plan and track record. They currently seek an experienced banking candidate to join their finance team.

Duties are as follows:
- Working closely with the leadership team determining robust assumptions to drive the rolling forecast model
- Managing and co ordinating the businesss weekly operational forecasting process and annual budgeting process
- Ensuring the rolling forecast model and budget accurately reflects the operational assumptions of the leadership team
- Regularly providing the leadership team with a rolling quarterly forecasting together with actuals variance analysis and explanation
- Running scenario analysis using the businesss forecasting model

Requirements

- Applicants MUST currently reside in the UAE (applicants from outside the UAE will NOT be contacted)
- Experience working in banking with Budgeting and Planning skills
- An accounting degree or qualifications
- Fluent English language skills
