Job description / Role
International asset management company with a Dubai portfolio of residential buildings is looking for a building manager. The successful candidate will have minimum 5 years international and local experience in facilities management. The current growth of this company will see a doubling of their current portfolio within a year so the successful candidate must have exceptional organizational skills, lead and manage a team and have a can do attitude.
Requirements
The successful respondent will be competent in the following areas of facilities management including cleaning , maintenance, gas and electric supply ,common areas, council as well as marketing, managing leases, renewals, tenants, collections and will be responsible of tenancy occupancy rates.
This is a young dynamic company who are looking to build a team of professionals who are like minded with a goal to achieve. Salary up to 25,000 AED per month.
