Building Project Manager - Tehran - Interviews Dubai 6-8 June
Immediate Start
Long established European architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai have been awarded a largescale project in Tehran where they are recruiting a Project Manager.
Currently recruiting their project team to be based in between Tehran, candidates for role of Project Manager are invited to apply.
This individual will be representing the consultancy on site, heading up a team, liaising and managing the contractor, feeding design changes and information back to Dubai based design team and driving the project towards time deadline and within financial constraints.
Requirements
With 15 years experience post qualification of Civil Engineering Degree (Degree is Essential, a minimum qualification) background, this individual will have build project management experience in the Middle East, have managed contracts, strong negotiation skills in liaising with contractors.
Experience on delivering Large scale mixed use retail projects in GCC is ideal, teamed with excellent English communication skills.
Management of FIDIC and enforcing on large scale projects within a consultancy environment whilst based on site extremely advantageous.
This individual will be extremely hard working, have an eye for detail and be self motivated to get the job done ethically and efficiently.
