Building Sales Coordinator - Abu Dhabi based (Global Travel)

Global International Contractor is looking for this individual to be based in Abu Dhabi office and to cover the Global Market.

This Materials Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with the Tender & Award team in Europe & UAE for giving alternative material options to clients in there proposed buildings .

About the role:
The Role will be based in Abu Dhabi . The role will have constant travel due to meeting clients and suppliers . Most likely fair to say that the role will be based 60-70% in the office with travel across the globe to countries such as Jordan, Kazakhstan , Russia, China, Australia & Europe. The more short term travel trip of a day or 2 will be to Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA & Bahrain. You will work a 5 Day Week followed by a 6 Day week alternating

Alongside the General Manager & Bid Team you will be able to offer efficient options for clients that will be able to help on the following aspects:
Cost / Budget
Ease to procure & source
Time / Delivery relating to projects

Requirements

Example:
You will have the insight to be able to compare 4 different types of marble for example and give a quote to the client on the time , durability, cost and design.On a 600 Bedroom Hotel Resort project thats 1 of just a roll out of 22 Number Hotels worldwide this could equal a saving of time and cost for both contractor .

You will be able to step away from a meeting with a clear specification and understanding for what the client is seeking.

You will be able to see clear buying signals and able to maximize on these at tender & pre-award. This International Contractor puts a lot of focus on getting the right design, spec, program and methods right before getting the project awarded.

Client is wanting the individual to have the following credentials & experience:

Specific experience within Materials related to Buildings Projects such as Hotels / High Rise / Palaces / Stadiums / Airports
Have 15-20 Years Construction experience within Materials & Sales
Extremely confident and assured at client presentations
Able to influence , persuade and sell to a client
Degree Educated in any of the following : Materials , Architecture , Construction Management

There will be a AED Lump sum package on offer plus Flights, Medical, Annual Bonus & Loyalty Payment. Family status & visas will be given
