Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a challenging and varied role in which you will be supporting various Fee Earners within the practice. Your responsibilities will include; billing, invoice coding, expenses and client database maintenance. You will also undertake duties such as; comprehensive and proactive diary management, travel and meeting arrangements. You will provide support for client and business development as well as the maintenance of client information, this will include client files, marketing databases and share points.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least three years experience within an administrative role, ideally with experience within legal practice, though this isn't essential. You should be client focused and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. You should also have the ability to manage extremely busy diaries and complex travel itineraries. It is essential that you are fluent in both Arabic and English.
