Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Interact with the business stake holders to develop the requirements in line with their expectations and also act as facilitator between the SMEs and vendor resources

Participate in the project workshops and provide business requirements

Review the functional design documents produced by vendor and internal IT teams

Participate in the interface requirement workshops and Migration workshops for providing functional feedback

Provide requirement clarity to IT Developers to avoid gaps in delivery

Provide functional walk through of developed solution to Business Users

Prepare Training Material for the solutions delivered and run trainings

Ensure Quality of deliverables by executing sanity tests

cases/scenarios and support Users during UAT


3 month contract role which will move to permanent.

Requirements

Competencies & Capabilities:
Good understanding of the Treasury back office end to end processes related to accounting, settlements, reconciliation etc. For all Asset classes viz. FX/MM, Fixed Income, Derivatives & Investments.
Thorough Knowledge of Murex 3.1 accounting modules for Treasury products, covering especially FX cash, money market and fixed income asset classes
Experience in setting up a sub ledger system with regards to FX cash, money market and fixed income asset classes
Knowledge of payment and confirmation swift messages for cash FX, money market and fixed income
Solid grasp of the deliverable/confirmation module and related workflows in Murex 3.11
Ability to conceptualize back office functions to system requirements with experience with T24 (Termenos)
Ability to document clear and complete business requirements
Good analytical abilities to elicit the requirements, Use cases,scenarios etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
Ability to quickly develop technology awareness of IT solutions

Experience Level:
6 - 8 years of work experience in Treasury back office with exposure to settlement, reconciliation, accounting etc. functionalities relevant for various asset classes
5 - 8 years of experience as a functional consultant/ business analyst as part of Treasury system implementation
Exposure to Business Analysis practices and tools is desirable
