Business Analyst / Architect - Location Riyadh - Salary - TBC

Our client who are a significant member of the Middle Eastern banking community have asked us to assist in the hire of a Business Analyst / Architect.

The Business Analyst / Architect advocates for Business Customers to IT through clear and accurate elicitation and documentation of business vision, business ITD alignment, ITD capabilities mapping, and requirements. This individual will also represent IT to Business Customers by explaining technical solution possibilities and constraints. This position assists in ensuring business and ITD alignment and a smooth implementation of the new solution into the business environment.

Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years Business and /or Architecture or related experience
- Project Management experience a plus.
- Portfolio management experience a plus.
- IBM Rational ReqstPro and Requirements composer is a plus.

Skills
- Expert level in Microsoft Office tools
- Expert level in Microsoft Visio, especially Swim-lane business process diagrams
- High level written and oral communication skills
- Expert in synthesis of ideas to pictorial representation
- Expert in elicitation techniques of business requirements
- Expert in change management planning
- Ability to document and make presentations to senior management (expert in Microsoft PowerPoint)
- have Systems thinking ability from a variety of perspective e.g. process, risk, functional, IT
- Exposure to architectural methods like Zachman and TOGAF
- Ability to gather/elicit requirements
- Good communication skill in English
- Attitude to learn and share knowledge
- Attitude to accept challenges
- Good in modelling techniques

Education
- Bachelors Degree preferred, business experience in lieu of education
