Employment: Full Time

Atkins client in the telecoms sector in Qatar, has an initiative to define and document the processes, procedures, work instructions and IT requirements for a CRM function. Company processes have been defined up to Level 4, according to the ETOM model, and are in operation as per a Quality Management system. However the main commercial processes: order handling, selling, product lifecycle are neither supported by a CRM solution nor integrated with the existing network systems and applications.

The services of a Business Analyst are therefore required to be part of a CRM project team with focus of activity as follows.

Scope of Activities Required:

1.Review and complete the existing relevant Level 4 processes for a CRM function with Level 5 to 7 procedures and work instructions.
2.Analyse, capture, validate and document business objectives and functional requirements of CRM function and translate these into requirements and solution definition documents as per Quality Management system for system solutions in a comprehensive, meaningful and well-structured manner.
3.Formulate the translation from business requirements to system integration requirements in a way to allow users to access the scale to the required change
4.Provide guidance to IT/ vendor teams ensuring their understanding and awareness of the business requirements.

Requirements

A minimum of 6 to 8 years in a Business Analysis role, with at least 3 to 4 years in Telecommunications Fixed Line environment.
Expertise in CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics or Siebel is required.
Experience in large integration projects of CRM systems is an advantage.

The Business Analyst has to demonstrate the following:

•Strong workshop leadership, management and facilitation skills;
•Proficient written and verbal communication skills (word, excel, ppt);
•Working in a project team environment;
•Flexible and teamwork attitude.
